We steer clear of crossover, fusion and functional cuisine, and focus on what we are best at: traditional Baden cuisine! We are proud of our time-honoured classics, which still have a place in our view – just like the great wines that are cultivated close to our hotel. Black Forest trout meunière accompanied with a glass of Gutedel in a wood-panelled room with an inviting tiled stove adds up to the ultimate Baden dining experience. In the summer months, guests will also appreciate the unique ambience of our chestnut garden.

From 06:30 to 10:00am, our restaurant welcomes you to a hot and cold breakfast buffet – served with a smile. If you booked a room without breakfast, you can always add breakfast by calling in at reception.
